The YMCA of Coastal Carolina has opened its new Mission Advancement Center in Downtown Myrtle Beach to support a healthier, more connected Coastal Carolina region.
Thanks to the contributions from businesses, nonprofits and educational organizations from across the Grand Strand, the YMCA of Coastal Carolina has officially opened its new Mission Advancement Center, marking a major milestone in the organization’s regional growth and community impact strategy.
Located at 529 Broadway Street in Downtown Myrtle Beach, the new center will serve as the YMCA’s Regional Headquarters and Vision 2030 Hub—a space dedicated to strengthening partnerships, sharing stories of impact, and advancing the Y’s mission across Horry, Georgetown and Williamsburg Counties.
“This isn’t just a building—it’s a symbol of our commitment to the future of our community,” said David Byrd, President & CEO of the YMCA of Coastal Carolina. “The Mission Advancement Center will be a place where strategy meets service, and where leaders come together to build a healthier, more connected Coastal Carolina region.”
